Electric offers a lifetime warranty on all defective sunglasses, bags, and luggage. Goggles, clothing, and accessories are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship up to (1) year from date of purchase. Electric offers a limited lifetime warranty on all watch movements and cases. There is a limited warranty on workmanship and materials for a period of (5) years after original purchase from an authorized Electric dealer. The limited warranty on battery life is (2) years from date of purchase. Electric helmets are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship for up to (1) year from date of purchase. Electric warranties do not cover normal wear and tear on products such as: watch crystal, watch case, or abrasions to the strap or bracelet; scratches on the lenses of sunglasses, goggles, or spare lenses; smashing in to trees, rock or curbs resulting in helmet damage. Electric’s warranty does not cover internal or external damage caused by abuse or mishandling. If Electric products are proven defective, Electric will replace them at no cost to you. If Electric products are not considered defective, Electric will repair or replace your product at a reasonable charge with your authorization. This warranty applies only to Electric products purchased from authorized Electric dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
RETURN INFORMATION GovX and Electric strive to provide the best customer service possible. Electric merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in new, unused condition.
