When these arise Diamondback's primary goal is to get you safely back on the road. Damages from abuse, normal wear and tear, and neglect are not covered by warranty. Nor are damages that do not affect the functionality or safety of your bike. RETURN INFORMATION GovX and Diamondback Bicycles strive to provide the best customer service possible. Diamondback Bicycles merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the product is unopened. If you need to return an item you ordered with GovX.com, contact one of our Customer Support Team members at 888-468-5511 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return the item within 7 days of delivery. *(Do not contact manufacturer directly. All returns must be processed through GovX). ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that can only be provided by contacting Govx.com at 888-468-5511 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. *Keep the following guidelines in mind: (i) all items must be returned in new, unused condition, and will undergo quality checks. All product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, tags, and any other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your returned item(s), (ii) our return policy is subject to each Manufacturer-Partner's individual return policy, which may vary from the GovX policy, in which case, the Manufacturer-Partner's policy prevails (See Diamondback RETURN INFORMATION below), and, (iii) we do not cover postage expense on returned items unless there are special circumstances which will be explained when you call us to arrange for your return. As one of the first slack 29er hardtails, our original Mason showed everyone how fun big wheels could be. Far from a boring “wagon wheeler,” the Mason piled up accolades, combining the speed of a larger wheel with a nimble platform. In keeping with its trailblazing spirit, we felt the Mason to be the perfect candidate for 27.5” Plus wheels. We redesigned it around “mid-fat” wheels, but made sure to keep the ride characteristics as similar as we could: the butted/formed aluminum frame is low-slung and slack, with a 120mm Rockshox air fork. The ride has stayed distinctly all-mountain, benefitting from the increase in traction from running a 2.8” wide tire. SRAM Level hydraulic brakes, a wide-range NX 1×11 drivetrain, and wide bars have the Mason leading the way again.
