Technically engineered and real-world tested, all Helly Hansen garments are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Should any garment’s key features or functions fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or provide a replacement. Warranty Period: All Helly Hansen technical outerwear garments (HellyTech, HellyTech XP and Hellytech O2) are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Helly Hansen footwear is covered up to 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear on the product. What does "lifetime" mean? Our products are covered under warranty for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your Helly Hansen jacket may not survive to the ripe old age of 80 (but we have heard from customers whose cherished Helly Hansen Jacket is still going strong after a few decades). Will Helly Hansen repair or replace the garment? Our first option is always to repair the garment. If it is not repairable, we will gladly replace it. Please understand we may be out of stock or no longer carry that particular product style or colour, and will do everything possible to replace the garment with the closest possible style. Are rips and tears covered under the warranty? No, rips and tears in the fabric are not covered under warranty. Even though our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards, and are well taken care of by the owner, normal wear and tear as well as unforeseen accidents are unavoidable. Should any of our garments become damaged, ripped, torn, burned or stained, we will gladly arrange to have it repaired at one of our certified Repair Centres for a reasonable charge. What is not covered? Helly Hansen’s warranty does not cover garments damaged due to an accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear. As well, please see the list of FAQs for further details. What is the warranty process? Please return your product to the store from which you originally purchased from or to your nearest Helly Hansen dealer. The Helly Hansen dealer should be able to handle the warranty process on your behalf. Please ensure that your garments are washed prior to submitting for warranties. Soiled garments will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the date you received it for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. All items must be returned in new, unused condition, and will undergo quality checks. Please include all packaging and materials such as boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, tags, or any other materials in the original shipment. GovX does not cover postage or shipping expenses on returned items unless there are special circumstances, such as damaged or defective merchandise.
