Garcinia Cambogia is most effective when taken 30 mins before eating. Garcinia Cambogia has been traditionally used as an appetite reducer and brewed as a soup and consumed before eating in some Asian countries. The active ingredient in the fruit’s rind, hydroxycitric acid, or HCA, has been shown in studies to boost fat-burning and cut the appetite. It works by blocking an enzyme called citrate lyase, which your body uses to make fat. It also raises levels of the brain chemical serotonin, which make you feel less hungry. Garcinia cambogia also makes it easier for your body to use glucose, the sugar your cells need for energy. Research has also found that garcinia cambogia can improve cholesterol levels, lowering triglycerides and LDL (the “bad” cholesterol) and raising HDL.

Directions for use: Take 1 to 2 per day. Mix with 10-16 ounces of water and drink 10-15 minutes before breakfast and lunch.
