This is a great flatwater fin for almost any SUP board. The lo-profile swept back design makes this fin great for shallower waters and also for cutting through debris in the water. This fin makes for straighter tracking and is the best fiberglass-honeycomb fin on the market at this low of a price! All products manufactured by SUP ATX, LLC are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. SUP ATX, LLC's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover any product whose unsatisfactory performance is attributable, in whole or in part, to any factor, condition or circumstance other than a defect in materials or workmanship, including, without limitation, any damage caused by (1) accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, damage, tampering, improper maintenance, or use with accessories or devices not approved by SUP ATX, LLC, (2) use of the product in a manner for which it was not intended to be used, (3) waves or falling in surf conditions, (4) impact with any material or object, (5) shipping, transporting, loading, unloading, dropping or other out-of-water handling of the product, (6) excessive heat exposure including direct sunlight or storage in a car or boat for an extended amount of time, or (7) acts of God. This warranty shall be void if there has been any alteration, modification, repair, maintenance or special configuration made to the product by any party other than SUP ATX, LLC. This warranty does not cover any damage to products that occurs during shipping. Customers must inspect products upon arrival and note any damage on the bill of lading. Any products sold by SUP ATX, LLC that are manufactured by another company shall be covered by the warranty given by the manufacturer of such products and SUP ATX, LLC provides no additional warranty on such products. This warranty is given in satisfaction of any and all obligations or liabilities of SUP ATX, LLC to the customer, or any third party, with respect to any products manufactured or sold by SUP ATX, LLC (whether such liabilities or obligations arise out of contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or otherwise). No other warranties, express or implied, are made by SUP ATX, LLC with respect to any products manufactured or sold by SUP ATX, LLC, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. RETURN INFORMATION GovX and SUP ATX strive to provide the best customer service possible. SUP ATX merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in new, unused condition. If you need to return an item you ordered with GovX.com, contact one of our Customer Support Team members at 888-468-5511 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return the item within 30 days of delivery *(Do not contact manufacturer directly. All returns must be processed through GovX).
