Preppy Plates is focused on creating products that are as fun as they are functional. We try to create designs that will celebrate all kinds of occasions, capture a variety of personalities, and meet a range of needs.

PREPPY PLATES MATERIALS & SHIPPING
Melamine, Lucite, and Acrylic. Our plates, bowls and platters are made of BPA-free melamine, made in the USA and are dishwasher safe but cannot go in the microwave. Our acrylic trays are BPA-free, made in the USA. They should be washed by hand.
Non-melamine products ship within 3-5 business days. Melamine products ship within 5-7 business days.
RETURN INFORMATION
GovX and Preppy Plates strive to provide the best customer service possible. Preppy Plates merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 3 business days of the delivery date, provided there is a manufacturer defect to the product.
If you need to return an item you ordered with GovX.com, contact one of our Customer Support Team members at 888-468-5511 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return the item (with all original packaging). Any notification past this 3 day period cannot be returned.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that can only be provided by contacting Govx.com at 888-468-5511 or by emailing us at sales@govx.com.
*Keep the following guidelines in mind: (i) all items must be returned in new, unused condition, and will undergo quality checks. All product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, tags, and any other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your returned item(s), (ii) our return policy is subject to each Manufacturer-Partner's individual return policy, which may vary from the GovX policy, in which case, the Manufacturer-Partner's policy prevails (Returns only on Manufacturer Defects/Mistakes), and, (iii) we do not cover postage expense on returned items unless there are special circumstances which will be explained when you call us to arrange for your return.
